Welcome to the online home of the UK and Ireland Windev Developers Group. The aim of this site is to serve the needs of the small but growing community of users of Windev, Webdev and Windev Mobile. These products are not widely known in the English speaking world, but in the Francophone world they are probably the most widely used development tools. The UKIWDG also seeks to increase awareness of these wonderful tools in the UK and Ireland. To this end we foresee meeting regularly. The inaugural meeting is scheduled to occur at the end of April 2008 near Oxford, England. This site has a forum with areas for each of the products. In this way focus can be maintained on issues relating to a specific tool. In addition, there will be a sample code section containing small projects and code snippets demonstrating various solutions to coding problems. It is foreseen that guests may view the forum and download sample code etc. But you must register to post. This site is not meant to replace any other forum, it's existence is to serve the UK and Ireland community. To this end, we welcome links with other WDG's worldwide. Many thanks to Jonathan Buckland for putting this site together. Bob Stratton |
